Handcrafted Gankyil

The Gankyil is a symbol that resonates deeply with me. In its original context the three elements represent the base, the path, and the fruit. It is sometimes called the wheel of happiness. For me it represents the timeless unity of intelligence, passion, and rest. But one of the things that draws me to this symbol is that it contains a fourth element. Today’s Gankyil has green borders that represent the binding of nature. I hope today’s art brings you enlightenment and happiness.
