Today’s art is called “What is water?” The water which was done first is blue grey swoops and dips on a blue green background. The primary element is the tracing in white of a page sized ampersand. The lower half of the ampersand is flattened to create a fish’s body. The upper half is a…

I started a Discord group to display my daily art. It is a public record that I can easily access later. Most of my daily art will still go here except the stuff which is only barely good enough to upload. The really good stuff will go on Patreon as well even though nobody sees…

Today’s art is a sitting troll. The outer lines are in khaki, the body is a reddish brown, and the hair and inner features are a lighter brown. The horns are black, the lips are orange, and the eyes and fangs are white. The background is a pattern of black swirls on a very dark…

Todays art is an orange cat sitting out side in front of a hill. The cat itself is mostly straight lines and ovals made in Open Office. I have no idea how I created the framing but I will probably try to figure that out for future pieces. I moved the file to GIMP2 to…

Today’s art starts with a gold toilet paper palate on GIMP2. The upper portion has the words in purple Gothic Script “Is this thing on? I have a message from the past. We did the best we could. Now it’s all up to you. Forsooth and Anon.” Beneath that is a crude little snail dressed…

Today’s art is a finger painting from Sketchpad. There is a background of blue for the top half with a white and brown sailboat in the water. The water has red and purple dots to simulate fish. Beneath that is a gold tract of sand with brown dots simulating shells. Beneath that and to the…

Yesterday I did the dripping blood as a transparency on GIMP2. Today I did the eye as a transparency on InkScape and moved it back to GIMP2 where I combined it with the blood as added an artist mark with a little extra flourish. Remember the artists mark is usually part of the art nowadays.
