Bloody Eye
Yesterday I did the dripping blood as a transparency on GIMP2. Today I did the eye as a transparency on InkScape and moved it back to GIMP2 where I combined it with the blood as added an artist mark with a little extra flourish. Remember the artists mark is usually part of the art nowadays.
