    I got my blood drawn today. It did not look anything like this. This is a: hypodeemic nerdle.

    I wanted to do a simple cracked skull. It didn’t work so I painted the cracks with blood and added a bloody artist mark. (InkScape, GIMP2)

    Yesterday I did the dripping blood as a transparency on GIMP2. Today I did the eye as a transparency on InkScape and moved it back to GIMP2 where I combined it with the blood as added an artist mark with a little extra flourish. Remember the artists mark is usually part of the art nowadays.
