I started with white ink on a black canvas in GIMP to draw the basic spade shape, eyes, eyebrows, and tree. I added the trippy purple background and saved to my unfinished projects for the year. I opened it up in InkScape and filled the inner colors and added a couple of gems. I finished with an artist mark in white pen. (Composite, square, two layers, artist mark)
